Where is Frekas located?

Frekas is a webshop and therefore does not yet have a physical showroom or store. Our warehouse is located on Amager, where you can also pick up your goods.

Delivery & returns

Leverings- og afhentningsmuligheder

Afhentning på lager i København S
Gratis afhentning er muligt på vores lager i København. Du modtager en bekræftelsesmail ved køb, som skal vises ved afhentning.

Adresse: FREKAS ApS, c/o Pelican. Vermlandsgade 66, 2300 København S.

Afhentningstider: Tirsdag og onsdag kl. 18.00–19.00 eller efter aftale.


Pick-up på Fyn og i Jylland
Vi tilbyder afhentning i Odense og Aarhus den sidste søndag i hver måned.
Du får en bekræftelsesmail, som skal vises ved afhentning.

Levering i Københavnsområdet
Vi tilbyder levering inden for Københavnsområdet.

Levering via fragtfirma
Vi arbejder i øjeblikket på at få levering til resten af landet på plads, og dette vil snart være tilgængeligt.

Bemærk: Vi leverer ikke til udlandet, Færøerne eller Grønland.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a package tracking code via email from our delivery partner when your package leaves our warehouse. This code will allow you to follow the package along the way.

What is the delivery time?

We have a delivery time of 7-10 business days, depending on our current inventory and production capacity. After receiving your order, we will inform you of an estimated delivery time.

When ordering with pickup, you can choose an available pickup time at our warehouse address.

Pre-order
When pre-ordering, it is clearly stated when the item is expected to be back in stock, and you will receive regular updates by email.

Can I cancel my order before shipping?

If you have regretted your purchase, it is possible to cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. As long as you have not received a confirmation email that your order has been shipped. You can contact our customer service kontakt@frekas.dk. with the subject line "Cancellation of order" and your order number.

Can I return my order?

If you regret your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive the item. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. It is also possible to return the item physically to our warehouse. This requires prior agreement by email.

How do I create a complaint?

If, contrary to expectations, you discover errors or defects in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase, the right to a warranty covers. Please note that it does not apply to improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

Table models and variants

Coffee tables
Our coffee tables are available in five models, each with its own look and function:

No. 3 125 × 42 x 40 cm. (Length x width x height)
No. 4 70 x 45 cm. (Diameter x height)
No. 5 50 x 40 cm. (Diameter x height)

All models can be customized with different materials and finishes, so that the desired expression can be freely chosen.

The tabletops are available in two variants:
• Filled travertine
• Unfilled travertine

The table legs are available in four variants:
• Filled travertine
• Unfilled travertine
• Solid oak
• Solid walnut wood

Regardless of the combination, you get a coffee table made of high-quality natural materials, inspired by Nordic design and created to add elegance to any interior.

Wood types

Products with wood are made from either solid European oak or walnut . The wood is treated with hard wax oil to protect it and increase its resistance.

The natural stone Travertine

Travertine is a mineral formed through the deposition of lime when calcareous water spreads over areas of natural vegetation. The structure arises due to cavities formed by the plant parts, which give the stone its characteristic holey surface.

Travertine's positive qualities:

  • Each travertine product is unique and created by nature
  • Travertine stone has a long lifespan
  • The stone brings a piece of nature into the interior design
  • Travertine's timeless appearance suits many different interior styles

At Frekas, travertine stone is available both unfilled and filled .

Unfilled travertine
Unfilled travertine allows the natural pores and cavities to be visible, giving a more rustic and natural look.

Filled travertine
Filled travertine has cavities and pores filled in and is subsequently polished, creating a glossy surface and a more elegant appearance.

Natural stone care

It is crucial to follow some maintenance and care routines that preserve the travertine stone surface and ensure long-term durability.

Cleaning
It is recommended to use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surface of your travertine table. To ensure that the natural stone stays beautiful, we recommend using care products specifically developed for natural stone. These products can be purchased directly from our website .

Protection and injury prevention
Always use protection such as coasters under damp and hot objects to avoid stains or cracks. Avoid scratches by not dragging or pushing objects across the table surface. Wipe up spilled liquids immediately to protect the table. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can affect the appearance of natural stone.
